Daniel McKorley, the CEO of The McDan Group of Companies, is said to be the second Ghanaian to acquire a private jet.
Ibrahim Mahama, a prominent business entrepreneur and brother of former President John Dramani Mahama, was rumored to have purchased his own private plane and customized it, Dzata, earlier this year.
The renowned businessman obtained the license to operate and manage the executive lounge for private jets in Ghana in 2019 as part of the government’s effort to change the face of aviation in the country.
The CEO and his company are the first in the country to be granted such a license.
As a result, the company will provide a secure and private alternative to the airport’s main terminal for business aircraft operators. It will also provide a variety of services to private jet customers, as well as aircraft and crew.
Professor Abotsi, Lexis Bill, and a slew of others have already complimented him.
Below is a video of the moment the private plane landed in Ghana.
